Unlock your body, calm your mind and rejuvenate your soul with AYC’s  comprehensive Yoga for Health and Well-Being program. Designed for both men and women of all fitness levels, this course blends physical exercises, mindful breathing and meditative practices to promote complete wellness.

 

What You’ll Experience in This Course:

  1. Joint Mobility & Warm-Ups – Gently prepare your body, improve flexibility, and awaken your muscles for safe, confident movement.

  2. Stretching & Body Conditioning – Tone, strengthen and relieve tension while improving posture and functional strength.

  3. Sun & Moon Salutations – Flow through energising sequences that balance strength, flexibility and vitality.

  4. Yoga Postures (Asanas) – Learn poses to process prana and enhance balance, stability and overall well-being.

  5. Yogic Breathing (Pranayama) – Energise your body, calm your mind and reduce stress through mindful breathing.

  6. Guided Meditation – Cultivate mindfulness, inner peace and emotional balance with structured meditation practices.

  7. Deep Relaxation & Sound Bath – Release tension and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with soothing vibrations of different frequencies. 

 

Every Sunday 8am-9am 

Age -  12 years and above Open to both Men and Women 

Duration - 12 weeks, 19th April to 5th July, 2026
