Please note: 

  1. These sessions can be conducted as individual or as group sessions 

  2. For 8+ participants a group session can be arranged at a convenient location (preferably a community hall or yoga studio) 

  3. Individual sessions can also be arranged from the comfort of your home

  4. The sessions can be conducted online with use of 'noise cancelling' headphones

  5. Usually a series of 3 sessions are advised to experience the benefits.
