Power Yoga is an adapted version of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga that focuses on building 3 key principles of fitness; Flexibility, Strength and Endurance.

It is more vigorous practice than traditional yoga to burn off more calories by using your own body weight. Through Suryanamaskar sequence, different yoga poses and exercises using resistance loop bands are combined in such a way to give a full body workout.

Regular Power Yoga sessions can provide the following health benefits:

  • Supports healthy weight loss and reduces belly fat

  • Keeps your heart healthy

  • Enhances muscle tone, stamina, flexibility, posture and mental awareness

  • Relieves tension and releases toxins through sweat

  • Lowers blood pressure, healthier cholesterol and blood sugar levels

  • Boosts energy levels and happiness 

Each session will be different and focused on gradual increase in intensity.

You will need: 

1. Yoga Mat

2. Resistance Loop bands (Light, Medium or Heavy)
